more STRESS than before..

AMAZING,,

didn't as GOOD as the 1st trial

during my second trial,,

it's not a regale actually,,

it's like a meeting among friends

and talking about the past and eat together,,

these was my mom's meeting..

as I am the youngest and the only daughter,,

my mom gave the permission to follow her,,

so I took this chance to release tension,,

but its look like i could release tension only in a while,,

i was unconscious that i had ate a lot of food there,,

we had went to equatorial hotel at bangi,,

my mom's friends are quite funny,,

they have a lot of ideas to chill up the mood,,

now my weight had gain day by day,,

they gave homework like we are having one month,,

i only have three days to finished it..

next, you also must drink a lot of mineral water..

drink it immediately when you wake up and just eat seafood

next,,

pour water from feet until head while you are bath

always smile and laugh also could make someone to look young..

always joging and walk

dont smoke and try to decrease or avoid from drink alcohol, tea and coffee..

dont forget to sleep on time..

if i have a lot time..
